Mr. Ranjeet More introduced the concept of operator training through the Construction Machinery Training Centre for equipment operators at the Shivare plant.
Possessed with a vision to make Universal the largest selling construction manufacturing company and a Global Leader. He has been honored as the Vice President of Pune Construction Association along with Prerna Puraskar in 2001 and Pune ki Asha Award in 2003.
Mr. Ranjeet More, joined Universal in 1995. With the concept of Five Year Plan, the Company set out Nationally and Internationally to achieve expansion of Sales & Service network, broadening the base of Construction Equipment and raising its standard.
He has recently been instrumental in launching India’s very first Construction Mechanisation Park at the company’s Shivare campus.
He has been unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Builder’s Association Of India’s Pune Center for two consecutive years.
With a B.Com degree and MBA degree from IME, Pune, Mr. Abhijeet More is the Proprietor of M/s Universal Sales Corporation Monitored sales & after sales service. With efficient managing skills and dedication Mr. Abhijeet Moray developed dealers network & after sales service all over India.
Mr. Abhijeet More, joined UNIVERSAL with his professional training in Management & Cost Accounts in 1997. His background helped him handle the labor force and logistics with great competence.

He started M/s Universal, with clients such as Telco, Alfa Laval etc. His design of the Block Making Machine, resulted in great success. He has developed products for defense organizations as well. Winning Constro exhibition four times, Bharat Vikas Award 1995 and World Quality Commitment Gold category award adorn his credentials.
