Universal trains customer’s operators and industry associates under the ‘Customer Empowerment Program’. The training programs are conducted in the training center with modern facilities and a focused approach, located in the Shivare plant. Trainings on various topics viz. Selection, operation, maintenance & optimum use of construction equipment and machinery, etc. are delivered to the participants.
Our training center is furnished with all the necessary amenities such as a library, audio/visual support, updated course material, computers and internet facility for trainees’ convenience. This first-ever facility in the history of Indian construction industry has been approved by Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC), an enterprise of Govt. Of India’s Planning Commission.
